Wanted to start this thread for the upcoming season. Didn't see any new threads in about 6 to 8 months. I can't wait for the 14th. Every time I see a promo I want to see the rest of the episodes. Seems to be looking like a good season. Hopefully.

there is no 24, without kiefer. he has to star in it though seeing as how he signed a 3 year contract. what i wanna know is how is anyone going to know Jack is in China.
iTunes just released Season 5 available to download. From episode 1 to 21. I'm sure they will update it every Tuesday. I love this idea. now people can still watch the show if they have missed any. Good job FOX!!

It's the funniest thing you can do. Last week my friend was having a little party at his house and I knew one of my friends wanted to borrow the first season of 24 from me. Well, I decided to bring it over by the off chance we would watch an episode or 2. Well, we decided to watch the first episode before everyone else got there. hahaha BIG MISTAKE. We watched the first 2 episodes then we took a break while everyone was getting there. Everyone asked what we were planning on doing and my friend said, no joke, "Watch 24, stupid". I laughed my a$$ off. He made fun of me all this time becuase I thought 24 was the greatest show on tv and now he was talking like that. Well, that night ended at about 6 am for me. We got through about 13 episodes and I went to sleep. I woke up to find them watching episode 20 and we finished the season in next few hours!! When Nina was revealed my friend was like "H0LY SH*T!!!!" Now the real kicker is that after the finale my freinds wanted to sleep for a few hours and when they were sleeping I was suppose to go home to get season 2 and 3, just incase we finished 2 in the same time frame. hahahaha My friends are now hooked on 24!!
I was at Barnes and Noble's last night and I walked past one of them. I was half tempted to buy it but I don't have the time to read it with it being in the middle of the quarter and all. So has anyone read any of them. If so, could you give a little summery of it without spoiling to much of it?

When Keifer was on Leno he was talking about his record label. I think he said it was called Ironworks Music Label, or something like that. He is promoting a band called "Rocco DeLuca & The Burden" and the cd is called "I Trust You To Kill Me." The band is rock. iTunes has the album available. After I heard him talk about it on Leno I went and checked them out. Personally, I really like them. They sound like Coldplay and U2 but better. I'd check them out.

I never thought about Heller being pres. That would be awesome. The only problem with that is that isn't the guy who plays Heller on another show on ABC, a comedy if I remember.

after jack (duh), my favorites are chloe & pierce. they both have stepped up dramatically this season. loved chloe in the season premiere, when she spun around & shot haas like 3 times (that was sweet), & aaron was awesome in the motorcade attack scene & also when he & jack busted in on cummings.
least favorites: miles (ass), sexual harassment girl (hello! i'm pretty sure bill has never assaulted anyone in his life...she's just a complete nutcase), & spenser (no one treats chloe that way!).
i'm also lovin' the returns of wayne & heller...man, i hope nothing bad happens to them. & how about heller for prez in s6? that way, jack will have an ally in the white house again. =)

I was just wondering who everyone's favorite character is this season. I know Jack will always be the heart of the show but I was wondering, after Jack who is your favorite character this season and why you think that. Also, who is your least favorite? Maybe the way he or she acts or thier storyline you don't like, or just that they are an asswhole or something.
Best: President Charles Logan - d**n, I just love his character, even before we found out he was the "mastermind"(which honestly, I don't think he is) He can be so easily manipulated it's not even funny. He was such a pushover in the beginning of the season. I loved how he pretty much asked for everyone's opinion and then he just does what everyone thinks he should do. The fact that he was following the act of David Palmer doesn't help him anyway. Palmer was a great President and Logan, I think, is very intimidated by that fact. I think that's why he allowed the terrorists to obtain the nerve gas only to detonate when it was out of the country, killing all the terrorists. Personally, I think he was he was leading the "Patriot" plan that Cummings was talking about early in the season. He didn't plan on having the terrorists stopped inside the country. I also think that Henderson only helped out with the nerve gas plan if he was alowed revenge on Jack. Logan agreed to let Henderson have his revenge if he supplied the terrorists with the nerve gas. Logan had a well organized plan but when Palmer was assassinated it changed dramatically, he wasn't in controll of the situation anymore, Henderson was. And after that it was to late to call it off and it just snowballed from that point on. Anyway, back to the topic, I think that Logan is above and beyond the best character on the show. I trully hope Gregory Itzin gets an Emmy nomination or a Golden Globe nomination for this season, he should win too.
Least Favorite: Martha Logan - I just find her annoying and I was trully hoping she died in the motorcade attack . And after her part in the story about unearthing the conspiracy in the beggining before we know of one she really hasn't done anything. I hope this changes because she might have a big part for the rest of the season. Her character changes to much. First we thought she was crazy, but then Cummings attacter her and stole the papers so we thought she wasn't really crazy. Then she gets in the frieken limo with the Russians and I trully thought she was crazy. Then she apoligizes and was very proud of Logan last episode. Her character is the most inconsistant of all the cast this season.
